Hi RJ, thanks for visiting and your comment. :) Christianity and homosexuality is a difficult topic to talk about but I think sometimes people tend to judge instead of love, which is sad because when you think about it, EVERYONE has sinned in front of God, regardless if you’re straight or gay. In the end, it all boils down to love, and how God has loved us and how we loved others without judgment.

I found this book on Goodreads and decided to read it because of the “topic” of the story. I am gay but I also am a Christian. This book caught my attention because it really is difficult to be gay and Christian at the same time, when all I’ve been hearing about homosexuality from the church, more or less, convinced me that I deserve to be hated. But after reading The God Box, everything changed. I understand now that God loves everyone without exception.

True, this wasn’t that well-written. However, I admire Alex Sanchez for being brave enough to write a work like this, a work that encourages people to understand what it really means to love.
